I had a mixed experience at this hotel during my 4-night stay with my family. The location was fantastic, close to the BTS and various amenities, which made it quite convenient for us. However, I had a troubling issue with the linens and the response from the staff regarding it left much to be desired. Additionally, while the breakfast had its moments, it was hit or miss depending on the chef available that day.

The bedsheets were unfortunately not in great condition, appearing yellowed and not crisp. This was quite shocking upon arrival, especially due to some unfortunate incidents with my kids. Also, the shower took a long time to warm up, which was inconvenient at times.

The reception staff was generally helpful and responsive, especially when we experienced an electricity glitch. However, the cleaning staff's reaction to a minor issue with the linens was quite distressing and not handled well.
